Finding Your Chatbot Panel


Navigate to Tools in your main menu to access the AI Chatbot panel - your control center for all bot creation and management.


The "Create New Bot" Process


Click "Create New Bot" to begin building your intelligent assistant:

Once created, your bot appears in the AI Chatbot panel with all settings visible and ready for customization.

Training Section - Build Your Bot Into an Assistant


This is where you focus the most to tailor your bot for the best responses. Bot owners must ensure their bot has the necessary training to generate optimal responses.


Automation Methods for Easier Training


Text File Tab


📄 Upload and Auto-Generate: Upload text files containing information about your business or products. Use our AI-supported tool to automatically generate Question & Answer pairs, which are automatically added to your bot's knowledge data. Review these in the "Training Data" tab.


CSV Import Tab


📊 Import Existing Data: Import your existing bot Q&A pair lists from other platforms or training data that was previously exported from DigiReply.


Intents Tab


🎯 Manage User Goals: Intents are used to manage the goals behind a user's input. They are a core concept in natural language processing (NLP) and are used to classify user messages into specific categories so the chatbot can respond appropriately. Creating detailed Intents and linking them to correct Q&A pairs can make all the difference in your bot's response generation. This is important! More information can be found in our Help Center related to Intents.


Training Data Section


📋 Review and Modify: See all your bot's current training data and intents. Data can be quickly edited by clicking on text boxes, and intents for Q&A pairs can be changed here.


⚡ Generate Embeddings Button: We highly recommend using this every time training data is updated! This process converts text into numerical representations called embeddings - dense, fixed-length vectors that capture the semantic meaning of text in a way machines can process. Embeddings are critical for modern NLP systems and will make your bot much smarter with up to 7x more accurate answers.


Chat Section - Test Your Bot


See your bot in action exactly how it will look and work when embedded on your website. Test responses, check appearance, and refine behavior before going live.


Embed Section - Add Your Bot to Your Website


Embed your chatbot into your website as a chat widget or iframe:



  1. Select Chat Widget Icon - Choose your preferred widget appearance

  2. Customize the Widget - Adjust settings to match your site

  3. Copy Generated Code - The code is automatically generated and ready to paste into your website


No technical skills required - the embed code is ready to use immediately!


Export Section - Backup and Transfer Your Bot


Export all data from your bot as a JSON file which can be imported back into the platform. Use this for:
