Self-taught in coding, he built websites, ran game servers, and created tools that united players, fostering lively online communities. Working with languages like PHP, Lua, Python, and JavaScript, he developed a talent for designing user-friendly solutions. Trained as an English teacher like his father, Kurt also learned to communicate clearly with diverse groups.

In 2017, Kurt moved to New Zealand to chase new opportunities and immerse himself in a global tech ecosystem. He worked on web development and customer-focused projects, sharpening the skills that would define DigiReply. Seeing AI's potential to transform customer engagement, he founded DigiReply in 2025 to deliver tools that make support smarter and more scalable.
