Welcome to DigiReply! Whether you're a solo entrepreneur or managing a growing team, your Dashboard is the central hub where everything comes together. Think of it as your mission control center for all your customer support, AI chatbots, and project management needs.

Getting Started: From Signup to Success

Account Activation

After signing up for DigiReply, you'll receive a verification email. Important: You must click the verification link in your email to activate your account before you can access any platform features. Once activated, head to the Plans page and click on the Free Plan to start your trial and unlock the full DigiReply experience..

Once you're in, your Dashboard serves as your home base with six essential sections:

The Default Project Advantage

Every new DigiReply account automatically comes with a Default Project - your ready-to-use workspace that gets you started immediately. No setup required, no confusion about where to begin!

Creating Additional Projects (Paid Plans)

Need to separate different clients, departments, or product lines? Paid account owners can create additional projects based on their plan limits:

  • Standard Plan: 1 project (excluding your Default Project)
  • Professional Plan: Up to 5 projects
  • Enterprise Plan: Up to 50 projects

Simply click "Create New Project" in your Projects section to set up dedicated collaboration spaces.

Joining Existing Projects

Been invited to collaborate on someone else's project? Use the "Join Existing Project" section with your invitation code to instantly become part of their team.

Project Management Made Simple

Next to every project you're part of, you'll see a "Manage" button. This is where the magic happens! Whether you're an admin or editor, this button opens up:

Security Settings - Stay Protected

Regular password updates keep your account secure. We recommend changing your password periodically and using a strong, unique password for your DigiReply account.

Billing & Subscription Management

Subscription Details: Get a complete overview of your current plan, features, and billing cycle at a glance.

Order History: Access all your DigiReply purchases and download invoices for your records - perfect for expense tracking and accounting.

Subscription Panel: Update payment methods, modify subscription preferences, and manage billing information securely.
